On 18-21 March, Advertising Week Europe returned to the vibrant city of London – bringing together thousands of executives from the world of marketing, advertising, brand and technology. On the Tech Stars Stage, a stellar panel from Mindshare, Microsoft, Digiday and Captify joined forces to discuss the Future of Intelligent Search. As image and voice search become more and more integrated into our daily lives, search behaviours are expanding and evolving.
Captify’s CEO and Co-founder, Dom Joseph discussed how the handcuffs have finally been broken off search and how brands need to prepare for the world of voice search:
“Voice search is not a trend. At the moment it’s owned by one or two companies but offers consumers one result and no choice. Brands need to get ready for voice search to really clean up the consumer experience”.
